Isovation is equipped with a theoretical thermal simulation tool and climatic chambers to test an isothermal solution in real conditions: whether it is your existing packaging or a tailor-made packaging made by us.
Our climatic chambers undergo annual preventive maintenance as well as technical check control twice a year by a third party. Our PT100 probes are calibrated with an annual frequency. They are verified on a UKAS attached measurement chain.
We offer two types of test for the validation of your isothermal solution according to the NF S99 700 standard:
Theoretical test
This test is carried out using a thermal simulation computer tool which defines the efficiency of an isothermal solution. We then provide you with a theoretical thermal simulation report.
Test in a climatic chamber
This test is carried out in our climatic chambers with temperature probes placed inside or next to your product. We then provide you with a validation report with the temperature recording.
