
ISOSTRAT® was invented and perfected by ISOVATION in 1993. This multilayer composite material with considerable insulating properties enabled the development of the first foldable isothermal packaging systems. These ISOVATION packaging solutions significantly improve the performance and logistical cost of the cold chain with a gain of more than 80% in transport and storage volume.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
ISOSTRAT® is composed of three elements: 1 an interior lining : aluminium sheet, metallised polyester, plain kraft paper or ribbed kraft paper. 2 an XPS core (Extruded and Expanded Polystyrene) This food safety quality XPS is a 100% recycled product. It is part of a global industrial approach to environmental protection implemented by ISOVATION since its creation. Its thickness varies from 2 mm to 5 mm. 3 an exterior coating: aluminium sheet, metallised polyester, plain kraft paper or ribbed kraft paper
ISOSTRAT® is made to measure for each package. The assembly of the three components is based on stipulations in the specifications. The TRBs significantly reduce packaging time.
